Returns Policy

If you decide to return your purchase, HQST Solar will allow for a refund for new, undamaged, and unmodified products within 30 days of receiving the order. Returns submitted for a refund may be subject to shipping costs.

HQST Solar will pay for shipping in the following situations: carrier damage, a defective product, a product does not match advertising, receiving an incorrect product, or a product was an extra item that was not ordered. For any other reasons, customers are responsible for shipping fees.



Shipping

HQST Solar offers free shipping for select products on domestic orders made within the Canada. For some reason, orders require approximately 2-3 business days to process and 3-5 business days to reach their destination, a tracking number will be provided for you.


If your order arrives with noticeable damage, please note it with the delivery company right away, and then contact us so that we can take action accordingly. If you later discover missing items or defective units, contact us directly within 30 days at supportca@hqsolarpower.com for assistance.

 

Replacement Policy

If there is any issue with your product(s), please contact us at supportca@hqsolarpower.com. 

Please be prepared with a multimeter and your invoice or the following information:
Order number
Proof of purchase
Video or photo of the damaged/defective product
Mailing address
Contact telephone number

If damage results due to improper handling during the setup or installation, whether it is done professionally or by the customer, the product is no longer eligible for replacement or refund.
